Will, I love it! You crack me up with your superb humor in your art pieces, and not laughing because they are out of this world, but they add humor to our lives, that I truly believe we all need! I look forward to see ALL of your new works and love "Dust Bunnies", "Lards of London", "Crowbar", and this new one "Attila the Bun"! Not only are you very creative in your endeavors, but you add a light on art that not many people always appreciate! You got my true votes of admiration for your great works, and it is a pleasure to view anything you have to offer in art to this site! Just love your works and your great creativity and sense of humor, and put together, makes for a spectacular person to have the honor to know and acknowledge!

Artist's Description

Attila the Bun, was the Ruler of the Buns from 434 until his death in 453. He was leader of the Hunnic Empire which stretched from Germany to the Ural River and from the Danube River to the Baltic Sea. During his rule, he was one of the most fearsome of the Western and Eastern Roman Empires' enemies: he invaded the Balkans twice and marched through Gaul (modern France) as far as Orlans before being defeated at the Battle of Chlons. He refrained from attacking either Constantinople or Rome. His story, that the Sword of Attila had come to his hand by miraculous means, was reported by the Roman Priscus.
